    Educational Advocacy

    Individualized non-attorney advocacy services tailored to meet your child’s unique educational goals.

    Common areas of support include:

    • Comprehensive review of evaluations, IEPs, 504 Plans, IFSPs, and other educational records to identify strengths, concerns, and actionable next steps

    • Strategic guidance on requests for evaluations, eligibility, services, accommodations, and placement

    • Ghostwriting, editing, and reviewing communications, including appeals

    • Preparation for and support during 504, IEP, and IFSP meetings (virtual or in-person)

    • Coaching caregivers on communication strategies that strengthen collaboration and productive partnership with schools

    • Helping neurodiverse caregivers navigate special education systems
